Embrace the upcoming winter months with our
❄️S.M.I.L.E. into Winter Self-Care Workshop! ❄️
This is for Christian women who want to prioritize their mental, physical and spiritual health as the colder months approach.
Join us for a transformative experience that will prepare your
mind, body and spirit for the winter season.
Here are just a few of the reasons self-care
in the winter is essential:
Boost Your Immunity: Winter often brings flu and colds. Self-care practices can strengthen your immune system, helping you stay healthier.Mental Wellness: The shorter days and colder weather can lead to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Self-care helps combat the winter blues, improving mental health.Stay Energized: The cold can be draining, but self-care techniques will keep your energy levels up, so you can enjoy the season to the fullest.Manage Stress: The holiday season can be hectic.
Self-care tools will equip you to manage stress and stay grounded.
Join us in this faith-based interactive workshop and learn how to nurture
your well-being, boost resilience, and actively engage with others in
evidenced-based self-care practices.
❄️Prepare for winter and invest in your self-care today! ❄️
